An Irish Toast: May your blessings outnumber the shamrocks that grow, and may trouble avoid you wherever you go.

Oh Danny boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling
From glen to glen, and down the mountain side
The summer’s gone, and all the roses falling
Tis you, ’tis you must go and I must bide.
But come ye back when summer’s in the meadow
Or when the valley’s hushed and white with snow
Tis I’ll be here in sunshine or in shadow
Oh Danny boy, oh Danny boy, I love you so.

I will get Brian to write up some information on how it works since I didn’t see great information on the site.CÎROC® is made from top quality “snap frost” grapes; Mauzac Blanc grapes grown in Gaillac, one of the oldest and highest vineyard areas in France. Why Grapes?
Historically, vodka has been made from natural and local source of fermentable sugars and starches. But CÎROC® is an innovation in French craftsmanship, and creates an unexpected vodka experience in a category where being different is rare.
Unlike grain, grapes don’t need heat to release their sugars, so CÎROC® uses cold maceration, cold fermentation, and cold storage processes. Until now, only top fine wine producers practiced this process. This technique further preserves its distinctive freshness and extracts a more flavorful combination of the fruit character.CÎROC Vodka is an ultra-premium vodka that celebrates the uncommon on every level; from the distilled Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc grapes, grown in the historic Gaillac and Cognac regions of France, to the innovative cold fermentation and maceration techniques usually found in wine making, to its subtle aromatics and smooth, naturally refined taste.
CÎROC Vodka releases the true flavors of every cocktail. The sweet complexity of the distilled grapes draw out and complement the flavors of whatever CÎROC Vodka is mixed with. Add to that CÎROC Vodka’s distinctly clean finish and absence of alcohol bum, and you have a most uncommon vodka cocktail experience. This week’s Lounge Lizard Monday featured liquor is the one and only  Bushmills Irish Whiskey!  Kick off the week by relaxing in our lounge from 4-6 and enjoy delicious appetizer specials and 2 new cocktails (at a very happy price) made with our featured liquor.  We will also be  giving out complimentary promotion merchandise (while supplies last).
