BRIAN KEMMERLE
Wine Steward Brian Kemmerle brings a collective array of knowledge and
experience to Bentley's wine list. Inspired by the wine curriculum
during culinary school, he transitioned from the kitchen to the dining room
early in his career. "Living in the Pacific Northwest and more specifically
in the heart of Oregon's wine country gives me the opportunity to
taste some of the very best local wines." Coupled with our Chef's
international menu, he has found a local wine to match any country's
cuisine. This year, Brian reprised his role as a judge for the 2009 Oregon
State Fair's Professional Wine Competition where he tasted, and evaluated
over two-hundred local wines. He also had the opportunity to participate
in the 2009 Oregon Pinot Camp, an "industry only" event featuring
seminars and tastings, hosted by fifty of Oregon's top wineries.
