Did you know that May is National Salad Month? You do now! National Salad Month is an American tradition founded by the Association for Dressings & Sauces in 1992 in an effort to encourage healthy eating through salads!
24 years later, Salad Month is still going strong and we can’t wait to take a part of it. As you know, we take great pride in our salads, not only because we use the freshest, local ingredients but because our salads are loved by you! We’ve seen your Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter likes and taken them to heart (no pun intended)!

Organic Local Farmers Market Berry Salad
Only the freshest ingredients are used in our salads, and that goes double when we toss some toasted Oregon Hazelnuts, feta, pickled red onions, and berries into the mix! As Instagram user timbrxmoss put it: Yummy!!!!!!!

BLT Salad with Avocado
Who need a sandwich when you can have all the best elements of a BLT in a crispy fresh salad? Avocado, tomato, lettuce, bacon, and blue cheese crumbles make this one of our most popular salads.
Grilled Prawn Salad
We’re just going to let this salad’s ingredients do the talking: Arugula and romaine mixed with mama’s lil goat horn pepper vinaigrette, topped with marinated grilled gulf prawns, pancetta, grilled onions, tomatoes, avocado and shaved Parmesan.
Yeah, this salad’s the real deal. ellespa.oregon calls it “Perfect 😊 ” and we’re inclined to agree.
