Each October, there is a rich aroma in the air as Chef Derek Ridgway (pictured below) creates innovative appetizers, salads, and entrees featuring the fall wild game bounty.
Now in it’s 7th year, Bentley’s Grill October Game Fest offers new dishes like wild rice and porcini mushroom stuffed quail and Oregon elk steak, flame broiled and served with Oregon white truffle butter, herb roasted Potatoes and seasonal vegetables (just to name a few).
All specials will be paired with exceptional wine selections by our Wine Steward Mark Jacklich. Our wine list emphasizes Northwest and domestic labels, featuring over 40 wines by the glass and more than 120 red and white wines by the bottle.
