It’s a new season and that means there is a new dinner menu at Bentley’s! Executive Chef Hans Afshar continues to elevate Salem, Oregon’s dining scene with his newest dinner menu, now available online. The new menu continues to offer Bentley’s diners our signature Northwest-inspired appetizers and entrees, now enhanced with new variations and delicious twists on some of our classic dishes.
The tempting new additions to our Appetizers Menu include Oyster Au Gratin with oysters, spinach, roasted bell pepper and four-cheese sauce. We also encourage diners to try the new Smoked Salmon Hash with smoked salmon lux, asparagus, goat cheese, pommes frites, and lemon sauce. Our Calamari Satay was such a hit with our Late Night Happy Hour crowd this summer, that we’ve include it as an appetizer on our dinner menu. Pair these delicious appetizers with one of our hand-crafted cocktails or local wines.
Diners will also delight in the new entrees on our menu including a scrumptious Seafood Risotto with Dungeness crab, prawns, scallops, Arborio rice, tomato broth and an irresistible Paella with fresh Prawns, mussels, Spanish rice, sausage, bell peppers and clams. Meat lovers will savor the new Pepper Steak Filet with pepper-crusted tenderloin steak, port demi, potatoes, and vegetables. The Prime Ribeye with mushrooms, merlot reduction demi, potatoes, and vegetables.
Fans of our communal plates, a traditional dining practice where friends, family and the community share a plate with those around you, will enjoy trying new additions like Marinated Chicken Kabob & Basmati Rice and Risotto With Mangoes.
