What are the All-Time Best Bentley’s Grill Seafood Dishes?

This one’s for all the seafood lovers out there! Bentley’s Grill’s often changing menu has given us the opportunity to cook up many exciting and mouth-watering seafood dishes, always made with the freshest local ingredients. In our time preparing these different appetizers, salads, and entrees, there are certain dishes that have become fan favorites.
Since we have some exciting changes coming up on our menu in the not-so-distant future, we’d thought it be fun to take a look back at some of the “All-Time Best” Bentley’s Grill Seafood Dishes as determined by you!
Northwest Seafood Chowder
This New England style chowder is made with bacon, clams, Oregon bay shrimp and assorted fresh fish. Really, it’s no surprise that this is one of our signature dishes and an absolute fan favorite. Get this bowl to start your meal on the right foot!

Seared Pacific Ahi Tuna Salad
Our Seared Pacific Ahi Tuna Salad, a mouth-watering mix of spinach, yaki soba, wasabi, and of course seared pacific ahi tuna. Whether you’re a fan of salad, seafood, or Japanese cuisine, this is the dish to try.
“Ahi yakisoba salad? Fire pit? Stocked bar? Friendly service? In Salem? Yup.”

Grilled Prawn Salad
We could speak all day about this delicious salad, but we’ll just let the ingredients do the talking: arugula and romaine mixed with mama’s lil goat horn pepper vinaigrette, topped with marinated grilled gulf prawns, pancetta, grilled onions, tomatoes, avocado and shaved parmesan. Hard to stay away from this one when it’s on the menu.

Rock Fish Seafood Pasta
Rockfish over a bed of pasta, undoubtedly one of our most popular seafood dishes.
“The first day I had the Oregon Rockfish entree which was excellent.”

Grilled Peach and Apricot Shrimp Salad
This farm fresh salad is a perfect mix of peach, apricot, candied walnut, and of course shrimp. The unbeatable blend of flavors make this salad a favorite to order whenever it’s on the menu, and it’s beautiful to look at to boot!
Dungeness & Red Crab Cakes
No All-Time Best Seafood Dish list would be complete without our signature Dungeness and Red Crab Cakes, served over sesame slaw with pickled ginger and tobiko aioli. We’d like to say you should share these with friends, but that may be too much to ask once you take a bite.
